Pineda LawWe look at entrepreneurship law differently

Angel Investors, Venture Capital Firms, and Financial Institutions have legal counsel on their side, and so should you. Attorney Matthew D. Pineda understands that Startup Founders and Small Business Owners may not be able to afford the high attorney’s fees of the larger law firms while in their seed stages, but he feels strongly that they still deserve sound and competent legal advocacy.  Matt gained a passion for entrepreneurship while pursuing a Master of Laws in Law & Entrepreneurship (LLMLE) at the prestigious Duke University School of Law.  At Duke, Matt was able to meet and learn from both Law Professors experienced in representing startups, and various successful Founders in the North Carolina Research Triangle.  While pursuing his LLMLE Degree, Matt was awarded a Legal Practicum Fellowship at a local Biotech Startup co-founded by Duke Alumni.  At his Fellowship Matt was able to learn firsthand the challenges entrepreneurs face on a daily basis, and how legal counsel can help entrepreneurs meet and overcome those challenges.  The LLMLE Program gave Matt the gift of entrepreneurial spirit, and influenced him to start his own law practice after several years working at larger law firms.  Matt hopes to use his experience to help your startup or small business.
